How to match up paint

The bad news is that it is very hard to match up paint.  It can be done, but it is very hard to get 100% match.  But here are some helpful tips to get it as close as you can:

1) Ceilings - Ceilings are usually white and white is a hard color to match 100%.

Pros of matching ceiling paint:

- its up so you may not look at it too much

- usually its near some sort of ceiling light to where when you look up, the difference may not be as noticable

- it may be in a dark area of the ceiling where you may not notice a slight mismatch
